The Honor X50 series has achieved tremendous success since its launch, selling over 15 million units, with one sold every 2.7 seconds on average. Honor is not stopping there, and the upcoming X60 series will see a comprehensive upgrade, further solidifying its leading position in the market.
The Honor X60 series is expected to be officially launched on October 16th, with three models: Standard Edition, Pro Edition, and GT Edition. Compared to the previous generation, the Honor X60 series sees improvements in external design, performance configuration, and battery life.
In terms of design, the Honor X60 series will adopt a new design language, equipped with a 1.5K four-level deep micro-curved screen, supporting high-frequency PWM Oasis eye protection. Additionally, the structural strength of the phone body will be upgraded, making it more resistant to drops.
Regarding performance configuration, the Honor X60 series is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 6Gen3 processor, with a configuration of 4A78 large cores + 4A55 small cores. It can be considered a reduced-frequency version of Snapdragon 7sGen2.
In terms of battery life, the entire Honor X60 series will adopt the flagship "Qinghai Lake battery," with a battery capacity expected to increase from 5800mAh on the Honor X50 to over 6000mAh, while maintaining the same body thickness. Additionally, the standard edition supports 35W fast charging, while the Pro edition supports 66W fast charging.
Overall, the Honor X60 series will build upon the success of the X50 series, further enhancing its product competitiveness and delivering a better user experience.
Besides the Honor X60 series, the Honor Magic7 series is also expected to be released ahead of schedule in October, possibly competing with the Xiaomi 15 series for the first launch of Snapdragon 8 Elite. Honor CEO Zhao Ming stated that the new Magic7 series will focus on AI as its highlight, featuring the first launch of the Honor AIAgent intelligent agent, supporting functions like "one-sentence" subscription cancellation, providing a more intelligent and convenient control experience. While the new phone will see improvements in performance, imaging, and battery life, its starting price is likely to be higher than the previous generation's 4399 yuan.
Honor will be releasing multiple new phones this month, bringing new vitality to the market. Let's wait and see.
