On August 23, industry insider "Wisdom Chip Guide" released the latest domestic smartphone activation data. The data shows that the ranking this week is basically the same as last week, but the share changes are still worth noting.

Domestic Smartphone Market Share Ranking in Week 33 (August 12-18):

• Champion: vivo, market share 19.61%, including vivo 14.22% and iQOO 5.39%.

• Runner-up: Huawei Group, market share 17.52%, including Huawei 15.09% and Huawei Smart Selection 2.43%.

• Third Place: Xiaomi, market share 16.24%.

• Fourth: Honor, market share 15.53%.

• Fifth: OPPO Group, market share 15.35%, including OPPO 12.40%, OnePlus 1.46%, and realme 1.48%.

• Sixth: Apple, market share 11.61%.

It is worth noting that realme's market share has surpassed OnePlus for three consecutive weeks. Although the gap is not significant, it also reflects realme's gradual rise in the domestic market.

If we follow the regular ranking, excluding Huawei Smart Selection and realme, the ranking is as follows:

Although the ranking remains largely consistent with last week, vivo's lead is expanding. "Wisdom Chip Guide" stated that vivo has been performing very stably since July, thanks to the strong demand in the summer market. vivo is good at seizing the summer market opportunity, and iQOO's performance is also excellent, currently holding a steady market share of around 5.5% in the domestic market.

In contrast, OnePlus and realme's performance has been relatively weak. OnePlus and realme's market shares are 1.46% and 1.48% respectively, together accounting for less than 3% of the OPPO Group's market share, which has impacted OPPO's overall market share. This week, realme's market share is only 13.86%, lagging nearly 2 percentage points behind OPPO.

Apple is currently in a "giving up" state, primarily focusing on inventory clearance.
