Renowned Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman today (August 24th) published a blog post stating that Apple will hold its fall product launch event on Tuesday, September 10th, unveiling the highly anticipated iPhone 16 series, the next generation Apple Watch, and new AirPods.
Based on Apple's historical product release schedule, Gurman predicts the iPhone 16 series will officially go on sale on Friday, September 20th. Additionally, he expects Apple to release system updates such as iOS 18 and macOS 15 Sequoia prior to September 20th.
Although Apple hasn't officially announced the date of its September event, Gurman asserts he received this information from internal sources and anticipates Apple to send out media invitations as early as next week.
It's worth noting that IT Home reported on August 20th about a leaked image allegedly showing an Apple event invitation that read "Ready.Set.Capture" and indicated a September 10th date. While this image was later confirmed to be fake, its date aligns with Gurman's leak.
