According to industry media reports, Tecno, a brand under Transsion Holdings, has showcased its latest Phantom Ultimate 2 foldable phone, featuring two hinges and three panels, with a thickness of 11mm when folded. Tecno stated that this phone is currently in the concept stage. It boasts a 6.48-inch screen when folded, with one hinge folding inwards and the other outwards, forming a Z-shape. When unfolded, it reveals a 10-inch screen (4:3, 3K LTPO).

This marks the fourth consecutive quarter of triple-digit year-on-year growth. Shanghai Securities believes that the launch of multiple new models will stimulate the foldable phone market. Oriental Fortune Securities stated that according to data from IDC and TrendForce, foldable phone shipments have maintained a high growth rate, and penetration rates are expected to continue rising, reaching 4.8% by 2028. With the gradual iterative updates in technology, such as Huawei's tri-fold screen patents, foldable terminals are expected to unlock larger market opportunities.
