On August 30th, market research firm Counterpoint released its analysis report on the global best-selling smartphone models for the second quarter of 2024. The report revealed the top ten best-selling models in Q2. The champion spot was secured by the iPhone 15, followed by the iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro in second and third place respectively. Apple demonstrated its strong dominance on the list, occupying the top three positions.

Beyond the top three, Apple had another model, the iPhone 14, making the list, bringing their total to four models. This result once again reflects Apple's leading position in the global smartphone market, where its products enjoy high consumer recognition. Notably, iPhone 15 sales surpassed those of the iPhone 15 Pro for the first time, becoming the world's best-selling model, mainly due to strong growth in emerging markets like Asia-Pacific and Latin America.

Closely following Apple is Samsung, with five models on the list.
