HMD Hyper Renders Leak, Revealing Four Color Options and Specs: Nokia X30 Successor
Last month, we saw the first leaks of the upcoming HMD Hyper, including a detailed spec sheet and a render of the device in yellow. Now, the same source on X.com, @smashx_60, has shared renders of the upcoming device in its four official colors along with some new specifications. The HMD Hyper is being dubbed as the successor to the Nokia X30 launched in 2022, but its design aligns more closely with the recent HMD Skyline, blending curves and sharp angles.
Alongside the previously leaked yellow, we see three other color options: brown, red, and gray. According to leaks, the device will likely feature a metal frame and a glass back.
The HMD Hyper will be equipped with a 6.55-inch OLED display (FHD+ 120Hz) and a new feature a 50MP front camera with autofocus and FHD video recording support. The upcoming mid-range phone will again feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage (expandable).
The rear camera system is expected to include a 50MP main camera (with OIS), a 13MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide lens.
The HMD Hyper is also predicted to feature a 4700mAh battery with 33W charging, IP54 water resistance, stereo speakers, and connectivity options including Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 5, and NFC.
From the current leaks, the HMD Hyper appears to be a well-rounded mid-range device with design and feature upgrades. The device is expected to launch officially in the coming months, at which time we'll receive further details.
