SecureExclave, a secure component, was first revealed by developer Guilherme Rambo, appearing in the M4 iPad Pro. It's part of the M4 and A18 series chips, designed to enhance user privacy protection. In M4 iPads, SecureExclave renders camera and microphone indicators on the OLED display, making it difficult for malicious apps to exploit these sensors and bypass the indicators.
