This event aims to build excitement for the upcoming Redmi Note 14 series. Redmi officials previously revealed that the Note series has achieved a cumulative global sales volume of 420 million units in the past ten years. Wang Teng initially planned to offer 42,000 mooncakes, but was "criticized" by Lei Jun for setting the bar too low, ultimately increasing the giveaway to 300,000.

The new Redmi Note 14 series is scheduled for release this month, featuring three models: the standard, Pro, and Pro+ versions. Recent leaks suggest the new phones will sport a plastic middle frame, a 1.5K curved display, short-focus optical fingerprint recognition, and a rear 50Mp large-sensor elliptical camera module. The three models will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen3, Dimensity 7350, and Snapdragon 7s Gen2 processors, respectively.

Industry insiders say the Redmi Note 14 series will maintain its cost-effectiveness while upgrading features like imaging and performance. However, the authenticity of these leaks remains unconfirmed and awaits official verification.

In addition to the Redmi Note 14 series, Xiaomi officially announced that the Xiaomi 14T series, including the standard and Pro versions, will launch on September 26th. This flagship series will primarily target overseas markets, with adjustments made based on the Chinese Xiaomi 14 series.

Rendering images reveal that the Xiaomi 14T series will feature a centered punch-hole straight screen, a metal right-angle middle frame, a square matrix triple camera setup on the back, and a Leica logo. The Xiaomi 14T series will continue its partnership with Leica, incorporating Leica lenses and "Cine Art" and "Humanistic Photography" color configurations, promising more vivid and creative photography options.

The standard Xiaomi 14T will utilize a Sony IMX906 sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, delivering impressive image quality and optical image stabilization. The Xiaomi 14T Pro takes it a step further with the new LightFusion900 sensor, offering 50MP, f/1.6 large aperture, and optical image stabilization for even finer image detail. Additionally, both phones will feature a 50MP zoom camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 32MP front-facing camera.

In terms of other specifications, the entire Xiaomi 14T series will come standard with a 6.67-inch 1.5K straight screen, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 4000 nits. They will house a 5000mAh battery supporting 50W wireless charging and IP68 dust and water resistance. Compared to the Xiaomi 14 series, the entire 14T lineup will switch to Dimensity chips. The standard Xiaomi 14T will be equipped with a Dimensity 8300-Ultra processor, while the Pro version will feature a Dimensity 9300+ processor.

Sources reveal that the Xiaomi 14T will be priced at 649 euros (approximately 5100 yuan) for the 12GB+256GB version, while the 14T Pro with 12GB+512GB will cost 899 euros (approximately 7100 yuan).

It's worth noting that Xiaomi has confirmed it will offer users one-time out-of-warranty repair service (without labor costs) and one-time free screen repair as part of its after-sales service.
