The ThinkPhone 25 maintains a similar aesthetic to its predecessor, featuring an aramid fiber back and plastic frame, available in a single Carbon Black color. The front of the device boasts a 6.36-inch pOLED display with a 1220p resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass 7i protection, delivering a clear and detailed visual experience.

In terms of hardware configuration, the ThinkPhone 25 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, ensuring smooth performance.
