On May 27th, IT Home reported that according to foreign technology media reports such as TechPowerUp and Igor's Labs,AMD's public RX7600 graphics card is not compatible with certain 6+2 pin power cords.
IT Home Note: The entire card power consumption of the RX7600 is 165W, powered by an 8-pin interface. The report states that AMD has not reserved too much space on the RX7600 graphics card backplane,The 6+2 power cord with a fixed buckle has been added to the incompatible part, which cannot be fully inserted.
TechPowerUp tested multiple 6+2 pin power cords and found that 20% of the power cords were not compatible with the public RX7600 graphics card.
Igor's Labs also stated that some custom power cords, as well as the power cords included in the NVIDIAPCAT toolkit (a tool for accurately measuring graphics card power consumption), are not compatible with Radeon RX7600 graphics cards.
