Tencent Nintendo Switch launches an extended warranty program with a limited time discount of 109 yuan

On May 27th, IT Home announced that from June 1st to 30th, Tencent Nintendo Switch will offer a limited time discount for the extended warranty service plan. The original price of 159 yuan per year is only 109 yuan.

IT Home Note: The Tencent Nintendo Switch extended warranty program was first released in late December 2022. This program is applicable to newly purchased machines or "Nintendo Switch" and "Nintendo Switch (OLED version)" that are still under warranty. Users can pay to participate in the program to extend the warranty for one year.

Tencent will refuse to provide repair services in the following situations:

• There are traces of decomposition, modification (including software), repairs, etc. that were not implemented by Tencent.

• The various labels affixed during purchase (such as serial number labels, rating labels, etc.) are missing or have traces of tearing off.

• Data created through abnormal usage methods (such as product manuals, support pages on the official Tencent Nintendo Switch website, or software help manuals that are not documented), or software that has not been approved by Tencent, are stored on recording media (memory or microSD card in the device body), or have traces of preservation.

• There is serious damage and it is considered difficult to maintain its function even after maintenance.

• You want to repair damaged data in the recording media (storage or microSD card in the device body).

• Failure or damage caused by use in operational or commercial scenarios.

• Products or software of non Chinese Mainland version.

• Other situations where Tencent believes that replacement or repair requests should be rejected.

Tencent announced the introduction of Nintendo Switch in 2019, and Guohang Switch officially went on sale on December 10, 2019, as part of the "New Super Horsepower Brother U Luxury Edition".
