According to mobile phone China, Tong Zixian, the chairman of OEM and Asus, when discussing the news of mass production of the iPhone 15, said that it is still in the stage of improving yield, and it is not surprising that some factories have produced their first prototype.

Tong Zixian pointed out that it is only "early summer" now, and it is the time for preparation. Because it takes three to four months to improve the manufacturing yield, it takes approximately three to four months to gradually increase the yield to mass production from trial production of thousands, tens of thousands, to hundreds of thousands. He analyzed that it is not surprising that some factories have produced their first prototype in June, based on the time point. He believes that there must be gold samples available at this stage, and then mass production standards should be established based on this sample.

There have been many news about the mass production of the iPhone 15 series online recently. China has learned that Hon Hai's Foxconn Zhengzhou factory, which is Apple's largest OEM factory, has recently launched a new product oath ceremony, and the iPhone 15 series of new phones have also announced mass production. It is reported that the production capacity of the iPhone 15 series will gradually increase starting from this month. Recently, media reports reported that Apple plans to release four new iPhones this year, and for the first time, they will be jointly assembled by three factories: Hon Hai, Asus, and Lexus Precision. However, Hon Hai remains the largest OEM for the iPhone 15 series of new phones.

As usual, Apple will hold its autumn launch event in September this year, launching the rumored iPhone 15 series. Regarding the four new iPhones mentioned earlier, including iPhone15, iPhone15Plus, iPhone15Pro, and iPhone15ProMax, two of the Pro versions will be equipped with ProMotion displays with better border control. The ProMax model will also have exclusive periscope telephoto lenses and support 6x optical zoom.
