Qualcomm is set to unveil its new Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 mobile platform in October, arriving in two versions: the standard SM8750 and the performance-oriented SM8750P. It's rumored that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 will be built on TSMC's 3nm process technology, utilize Qualcomm's self-developed Oryon CPU, and feature a new 2+6 design, consisting of two super-large cores and six large cores. Furthermore, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 will integrate the new Adreno 8 series GPU and support four-channel LPDDR5X memory.
In terms of networking capabilities, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 supports both mmWave and sub-6GHz 5G, as well as Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and UWB.
