Honor MagicV3 Takes the Crown for the World's Tallest House of Cards, Lightweight Design Fuels the Success
Today, Honor's official mobile phone account released a video of card master Brian Berg achieving the challenge of building the tallest house of cards in 8 hours. During the challenge, Brian Berg built a house of cards reaching 54 layers in height, placing the Honor MagicV3 on the roof of the house of cards, successfully achieving the Guinness World Record for the tallest house of cards built in 8 hours.
The success of this challenge not only showcased Brian Berg's extraordinary card building skills but also highlighted the lightweight design advantage of the Honor MagicV3. Faced with the challenge of placing the phone on the roof of the house of cards, Brian Berg said, "I knew it was possible from the beginning because the Honor MagicV3 is really light."
The Honor MagicV3 holds the title of the world's thinnest foldable phone. It has a thickness of 4.35mm when unfolded and 9.2mm when folded, weighing only 226g, even lighter than many flagship straight phones. The thin and light design allowed the Honor MagicV3 to be easily placed during the construction of the house of cards, while the light weight ensured the stability of the house of cards.
To address the potential risks associated with the challenge, the Honor MagicV3 introduced several innovations in its design. It features a lightweight folding hinge structure, uses second-generation Honor Shield Steel with a strength of 2100Mpa, and incorporates aerospace special fibers, significantly enhancing the phone's impact resistance.
Furthermore, the Honor MagicV3's outer screen is made of Honor's Diamond-Tough Rhino Glass, increasing its all-scenario drop resistance by 10 times, while the inner screen is equipped with Honor's Diamond Flexible Armor, utilizing impact-resistant silicone gel and a nano-scale aluminum oxide coating to enhance its abrasion and impact resistance by 5 and 20 times, respectively.
At the end of the video, Brian Berg blows away the house of cards, causing the Honor MagicV3 to fall to the ground, but it emerges unscathed, perfectly showcasing its robust drop resistance capabilities.
With its lightweight body, sturdy design, and excellent drop resistance, the Honor MagicV3 has successfully taken the crown for the world's tallest house of cards, once again demonstrating Honor's leadership in the foldable phone market. This is not only a breakthrough in Guinness World Records but also a testament to the Honor MagicV3's powerful technological strength and innovative spirit.
