IT Home, September 9th - According to TCL Huaxing's official press release for IFA 2024 in Berlin, Germany, IT Home readers may be able to see high-end display products based on TCL Huaxing's IJP (Inkjet Printing) OLED technology as early as next year.

TCL Huaxing stated that its printed OLED technology has matured and is expected to achieve mass production and shipment of printed OLED products by the end of 2024. In the future, TCL Huaxing will also continue to expand the application of printed OLED technology from high-value medical and automotive displays to more IT display applications such as tablets and laptops.

For mass consumer-grade printed OLED products, TCL Huaxing plans to first achieve commercial mass production of high-end display products next year, followed by mass production of laptop products. The former features a new oxide compensation circuit, with a resolution of 2.8K and a refresh rate of 120Hz; while the 21.6-inch product features a 4K high refresh rate, 99%+ DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, and 10-bit grayscale.
