Following the leaks of renders for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and the standard S25, renderings of the Galaxy S25+ have also surfaced for the first time. These renders are based on CAD drawings, so details may be subject to error. While they undeniably resemble a Samsung device, they can't disguise its lack of innovative design.

The S25+ renders reveal a design that's largely unchanged from its predecessor, with only minor improvements in detail. The bezels are thinner, the camera ring slightly different, and there could be variations in color and back texture, with a flatter frame. Apart from these tweaks, the S25+ seemingly doesn't offer any revolutionary changes.

According to previous rumors, the S25+ will share the same 4900mAh battery as its predecessor, while the S25 Ultra will boast a 5000mAh battery. The S25+ will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen4 SoC, expected to be unveiled in October. Some markets might receive the Samsung Exynos 2500 (or not). The phone will feature 12GB RAM and come with 256GB or larger storage options.

The S25+ is expected to sport the same screen size as the S24+ but with a body size of 158.4x75.7x7.3 mm, making it slightly shorter, narrower, and thinner than the S24+.

Based on the render leak source, the Samsung S25 series won't be officially unveiled before January 10th, with the launch expected to happen around mid-January.

While the S25+ might not bring about a revolutionary change in terms of aesthetics, it still remains a highly anticipated flagship. Its robust performance and superior screen experience will continue to attract many users. However, Samsung needs to consider how to inject more innovation into its next-generation flagships to avoid falling into the trap of homogenous competition.
