DJI today officially released the flagship action camera, Osmo Action 5 Pro, which it positions as a "flagship image quality action camera" starting at 2598 yuan. The new device maintains the design of its predecessor but features optimized details, such as larger screens: a 1.46-inch front display and a 2.5-inch rear display, both of which are OLED high-brightness touch screens with a maximum brightness of 800cd/. The main screen's peak brightness has been further boosted to 1000cd/.

The core upgrade of the Action 5 Pro lies in its imaging performance. It's equipped with a new generation 1/1.3-inch sensor (OmniVision OV50H), achieving an equivalent pixel size of 2.4m and a 13.5-stop dynamic range, surpassing the Osmo Action 4 by 1.5 stops.
