Following renowned actor Li Xian's Weibo post showcasing a blockbuster film shot with the OPPO Find X7 Ultra, and its subsequent retweet by OPPO's Liu Zuohu, rumors of Li Xian becoming OPPO's ambassador are intensifying. It is reportedly that OPPO will unveil the Find X8 series in October, consisting of two models: Find X8 and Find X8 Pro. Compared to its predecessor, the most prominent feature of the Find X8 series is the return to a flat screen design, coupled with a four-sided equal narrow screen. This achievement is attributed to OPPO's three-year, 100 million yuan commitment to achieving an ultra-narrow bezel effect.

OPPO's Zhou Yibo revealed that to realize the four-sided equal narrow screen, OPPO conducted in-depth research on various solutions. From initial research on watch epoxy glue, to point adhesive, 3D printing, and UV glue pre-research, practically every conceivable method was explored. Each solution required significant R&D investment for verification. Once the feasibility was experimentally confirmed, the most challenging stage was mass production. It entailed addressing numerous complex issues, including overall machine drop testing, glue delamination, edge stress, ink peeling, air bubbles, incomplete curing, and more. The production line yield gradually climbed from 0% to 99.9%, leading to a tenfold increase in production line process time.

In terms of core configuration, the OPPO Find X8 series features the Dimensity 9400 platform, with a standard Glacier battery and a periscope telephoto lens across the entire series. The Pro version further upgrades to dual periscope telephoto lenses. Additionally, the Find X8 series integrates OPPO's self-developed Tide Architecture. By dynamically adjusting SLC (System Level Cache), this architecture enables computational units to harness cache resources more efficiently, thereby enhancing performance and energy efficiency.

The return of the flat screen and the ultra-designed four-sided equal narrow screen in the Find X8 series will undoubtedly be its most striking features.
