Zhou Yibo, head of OPPO's Find series products, shared a compilation of leaks about the Find X8 standard edition on Weibo today. He stated that these specifications also generally apply to the Find X8 Pro.

The Find X8 standard edition is said to feature an ultra-narrow bezel design with a pure straight screen with equal width on all four sides. The frame offers a smooth transition for a comfortable grip, and it is thinner than its predecessor, with a thickness in the 7mm range. The weight has also been reduced and will be in the 100g range. Additionally, the Find X8 standard edition will have a smaller size, a smaller camera bump, and a more comfortable "golden size" feel.

Notably, the Find X8 standard edition will come standard with a telephoto periscope lens and feature IP68/IP69 full-level waterproof capabilities. It will also include 50W wireless charging/reverse charging as standard, along with a 5000mAh magnetic charging treasure, a 50W magnetic charger, and a slim magnetic protective case. Furthermore, the Find X8 standard edition will come standard with an infrared remote control, intelligent NFC, and a classic three-stage silent switch.

IT Home noticed that the front appearance of the OPPO Find X8 phone has already been revealed. The phone features an equal-width bezel on all four sides of the screen, with buttons for flashlight and camera functions positioned at the bottom of the screen when locked. In addition, the phone is equipped with a centered punch-hole display.

After OPPO officially announced its 2024 Developer Conference, scheduled for October 17th, blogger @DigitalChatStation revealed that the Find X8 series could launch as early as October 21st, alongside the OPPO Pad3 Pro, OPPO Enco X3, new color variants of the OPPO Watch X, and magnetic ecosystem accessories.
