On October 25th, the "Data Communication Chain Valley Connecting Global Chain World" 2024 Industrial Blockchain Conference was held in Shanghai, where "Data Communication Chain Valley" was officially unveiled in Jing'an District. Xu Huili, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Municipal Government, stated that in the future, Shanghai will support the high-standard development and construction of "Data Communication Chain Valley", striving to become a core hub node for "Connecting Global, Chain World" in Shanghai and even the whole country.

It is understood that "Data Communication Chain Valley" is located in the core area of Jing'an District's "Middle Ring Two Wings Innovation and Creativity Gathering Belt", with a total construction area of 120,000 square meters and office area of 66,000 square meters, marking the core area of Jing'an's blockchain industry. At present, "Data Communication Chain Valley" has attracted a number of high-quality enterprises including China Electric Equipment Group, Pujiang Digital Chain, Shangke Institute Software Center, Ant Chain Industry Development Innovation Center, Shanghai Digital Governance Research Institute, and Big Data Corporation, with various application main chains and application scenarios being implemented here, forming a good industrial agglomeration effect.

Jing'an District has preliminarily built a "blockchain industry chain map" covering the service layer, resource layer, technology layer, and application layer. The entire district has 137 blockchain enterprises with a total registered capital exceeding 5.4 billion yuan.
