As previously reported by IT Home, Luo Wei was a Huawei Fellow and Cyberverse Chief Engineer, as well as Chief Camera Engineer, boasting extensive experience in image technology. In July, news broke that Luo Wei had joined the Honor imaging team, which he confirmed on his social media accounts. He has since shared numerous photos taken with Honor phones and has been actively sharing his insights on image technology. In September, Luo Wei posted a photo with a "HONOR Magic5" watermark, with the caption "Trying out a new algorithm," and further commented in the thread with "6X."

Recently, Luo Wei has consistently posted photos with "HONOR Magic6" watermarks, some even featuring the "Yagou Light & Shadow Collaboration" watermark. This suggests that the Honor Magic6 series will soon receive a software update to support Yagou portrait photography mode, providing users with a more professional photographic experience.

The Honor Magic6 series was released in January of this year, with the Ultimate Edition and RSR Porsche Design versions following in March.
