IT Home, November 4 - According to @Shasana Digital's November 1st leak, the Galaxy S24 FE will not be launched in China, and after the launch of the Galaxy S25, the existing S24 will continue to be sold as the S24 FE. Samsung released its latest Fan Edition smartphone, the Galaxy S24 FE, in September and began selling it on October 3rd for a starting price of $649.99 (IT Home note: approximately 4623 Chinese yuan).

It is worth mentioning that the Samsung Galaxy S24FE is equipped with the Exynos 2400e chip globally (including the United States). A major change in the Galaxy S24FE is the larger screen size, featuring a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz variable refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 1900 nits. The body is made of aluminum alloy, the bezels around the screen are narrower, and it is available in five colors: blue, graphite, gray, mint, and yellow.

The Galaxy S24 FE is powered by a 4700mAh battery, which is 200mAh larger than the Galaxy S23 FE battery and supports 25W wired fast charging, 15W Qi wireless charging, and 4.5W reverse wireless charging. The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE adopts the same rear triple-camera system as the Galaxy S23 FE, including a 50MP main rear camera with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera (3x optical zoom). It also features a 10MP front-facing camera.

If the leak is true, it means that Samsung will adjust its strategy for its Fan Edition series phones and will no longer specifically launch a Chinese version of the Galaxy S24 FE for the Chinese market. Previously, Samsung launched models like the Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy S21 FE, and Galaxy S23 FE in the Chinese market, receiving a positive market response.

The decision to cancel the Chinese version of the Galaxy S24 FE might be due to several reasons:
