On May 16th, WPSAI officially demonstrated the capabilities of a Microsoft Copilot like platform. Following its launch on April 18th, WPSAI accelerated its evolution by integrating four major daily office components: text, overseas forms, PPT presentations, and PDF.
WPSAI now supports generating PPT presentations with just one click by entering the theme, and can also provide further refinement and adjustment functions. For example, changing the theme style, single page beautification, changing fonts, changing color schemes, generating speeches, and so on have solved the difficult and time-consuming office problems of presentation production.
WPSAI has changed the traditional way of operating tables, where users only need to describe their requirements in natural language, while the functions are judged and completed by AI, reducing the threshold for use.
Faced with PDF documents such as papers, contracts, and courseware, WPSAI can scan and read them in ten lines at a glance, quickly extract key points, and provide users with key information through Q&A based on the content. At the same time, it provides document traceability function to ensure accuracy and authenticity. In the mobile office scenario, WPSAI also showcases the black technology of "taking photos at will", such as using a mobile phone to take a paper English contract. WPSAI uses scanning recognition to translate, summarize, query and locate, and answer knowledge questions. Through reading, understanding, and analysis, WPSAI identifies contract loopholes and provides relevant legal advice.
In order to improve the ability of AI to extract information and improve the efficiency of human-computer interaction, WPSAI also supports voice input function, allowing users to issue instructions using voice without the need to input any text throughout the entire process, only through simple button operations.
Zhang Qingyuan, CEO of Kingsoft Office, emphasized that this wave of AI technology will overturn the software industry, wholeheartedly embrace AI, and use AI's capabilities to transform our products. This will be the core strategy of Kingsoft Office in the coming years. (Quiet)
