It is reported that the first flagship devices equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8Gen3 include the Xiaomi 14 series, vivo X100 series, iQOO12 series, RedmiK70 series, OnePlus 12, True Me GT5, and more.
This will be Qualcomm's most powerful 5GSoc to date, built on the TSMC N4P process, with a new 1+5+2 architecture design for the CPU, including 1 X4 super core, 5 A720 large cores, and 2 A520 small cores.
Among them, X4 is the highest performing kernel of Arm to date, with a larger L2 cache, doubling the capacity compared to last year's CortexX31MB, reaching 2MB.
Moreover, compared to CortexX3, ArmCortexX4 has basically redesigned the entire instruction acquisition and transfer system to ensure higher efficiency of the entire pipeline, and the chip can schedule and handle more instructions within a single clock.
