Earlier this year, Samsung launched the "Domestic Service Expert Overseas Dispatch" program in Korea, sending Galaxy service expert instructors to India to impart their knowledge and skills to local service center engineers. The instructors shared their expertise with Samsung service engineers in eight cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, and Noida, focusing on smartphone display screen replacement.

Traditional smartphone screen repair or replacements typically require changing the battery simultaneously. However, Samsung's new approach involves disassembling the phone's display unit, frame, battery, and other components, allowing for the replacement of only the necessary parts. Beyond display screen replacement techniques, Samsung has also focused on training engineers in precise diagnosis of Galaxy smartphone usage history and the repair of foldable smartphones. Engineers from Germany, Italy, Poland, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States have already visited Samsungs CS Academy in Suwon and Daejeon, Gyeonggi Province, for training.
