According to sources, recruitment agencies in Zhengzhou Foxconn indicate that a hiring wave is underway. The highest referral bonus for returning employees can reach 7,500 yuan, with an additional 500 yuan subsidy, totaling 8,000 yuan. Hourly workers, on the other hand, can earn up to 26 yuan/hour. These are the highest rates offered this year, signifying Foxconn's full-scale preparation for iPhone 16 production.

It's worth noting that the 8,000 yuan incentive is exclusive to returning employees, while new employees receive a maximum of 7,500 yuan in referral bonus and subsidies. The recruitment drive is expected to conclude by the end of the month.

Based on the latest recruitment information released by Zhengzhou Fugonglian's recruitment WeChat account, hourly wages vary across different factory zones and business groups, ranging from 23.5 yuan to 26 yuan/hour.

Returning employees are defined as those who have joined the A Business Group (formerly iDPBG Business Group, now renamed A Business Group) since January 1, 2021, and have at least one period of employment exceeding 30 days.
