Recruitment agencies have reported that anyone meeting the hiring requirements can join the factory, with no educational qualifications needed. They simply need to queue up for an interview, which can be completed within two hours. The age limit for recruitment is 18-48 years old. The hourly wage for August is 27 yuan, with a 10-hour workday. Previously, the hourly wage was around 20 yuan. Foxconn's hourly workers operate on a "six-days-on, one-day-off" system. Under the current "high wage" conditions, workers are required to work 24 days a month, earning an average of 6480 yuan per month.
