This conclusion is based on a series of strings discovered in the macOS 15.1 Sequoia Beta. Each iPhone has a unique identifier, and considering that the iPhone SE3 is identified as iPhone14,6, the upcoming iPhone SE4 might have an iPhone15,6 identifier. Unfortunately, these details were not present in the post shared by @aaplpro, implying that the low-cost model, slated for a 2025 release, might not receive generative AI features.

Regarding which models will support AppleIntelligence, the code reveals identifiers iPhone17,1, iPhone17,2, iPhone17,3, and iPhone17,4, suggesting that enhancements will be available across all iPhone 16 models. Leaked code also mentions the iPhone 17 series, identified as iPhone18,1, iPhone18,2, iPhone18,3, and iPhone18,4. Apple is reportedly going to add 12GB RAM to the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, which will not only enable users to effortlessly handle multitasking but also potentially unlock further AppleIntelligence capabilities.

Based on this evidence, the iPhone SE4 might feature 6GB RAM instead of 8GB RAM. Even though it might be paired with the A18 chipset, rumored to debut on the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus, having a powerful SoC and upgraded Neural Engine might not be sufficient to run cloud and device-based generative AI features.
