On July 30th, a headset named VisionSE passed 3C certification. This headset is also known as "Huaqiangbei VisionPro" or "Made in China Version of VisionPro" and is currently available on e-commerce platforms for 1500-1600 yuan. According to the certification information, VisionSE is manufactured by Shenzhen Yijing Virtual Reality Technology Co., Ltd. and produced by Zhongshan United Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. The headset comes in two models: AppleCore_16X (with cameras) and AppleCore_16XS (without cameras), where X represents numbers 0-9 and S represents letters A-Z, differentiating between different sales regions and exterior colors.

VisionSE comes equipped with an ES019C-U120150XYC power adapter rated at 5VDC3A/9VDC2A. IT House research has revealed that the headset features two very small cameras on the front, used to switch to real-world scenes. The certification document hints that the company might release a camera-less version in the future, further lowering the price.

This "Made in China" version of VisionPro runs on Android 8.1, features a 5.5-inch 3664x1920 LCD screen with a 72Hz refresh rate. Hardware-wise, VisionSE is powered by a Qualcomm SXR1130 chip (based on Snapdragon 670), starting with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM, with a 3000mAh battery.

Yijing Virtual CEO Shi Qing stated in an interview with Interface News in February that they are not shy about the labels "Huaqiangbei," "low-end," and "copycat," believing that low prices are not shameful. They also plan to ship 500,000 units this year.

The emergence of VisionSE signifies the arrival of a new competitor in the domestic VR headset market. The price of 1500-1600 yuan is relatively friendly for ordinary consumers, offering new possibilities for the popularization of domestic VR headsets. However, whether this product can stand out in the fierce market competition remains to be seen, requiring time and market validation.
