According to the official public announcement of FAW's procurement platform, the final winning bidder in the direct procurement bidding for Hongqi smartphone development technology was Hubei Xingji Meizu Group Co., Ltd. This signifies that Meizu will be responsible for manufacturing the Hongqi smartphone.

Simultaneously, a Meizu phone model M481R has been listed on the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) website. This phone is highly likely to be the Hongqi smartphone. Looking at the model number, Meizu 21 PRO is M481Q, the Polestar phone based on it is M481S, and the Hongqi phone, model M481R, is essentially confirmed to be another version of the Meizu 21 PRO.

Leaked images of the Hongqi smartphone show that it has an almost identical exterior to the Meizu 21 PRO, with the only difference being the replacement of the "MEIZU" logo with "Hongqi Smartphone."
