Lenovo Motorola moto G55 China Edition Revealed: Featuring Dimensity 7025, 120Hz High Refresh Rate Display

The Lenovo Motorola moto G55 China Edition has recently appeared on the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) website, with the model number XT2435-3. It is expected to be officially released soon. This new device was previously launched in its overseas version on August 30th. It features a rectangular frame design, a 6.5-inch FHD+ 120Hz IPS LCD punch-hole screen, a dual rear camera system consisting of a 50MP main lens and an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 16MP selfie camera.

The moto G55 China Edition is expected to be available in three color options: Forest Gray, Smoked Green, and Twilight Purple. All versions will utilize a leather-like material. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 processor, manufactured using TSMC's 6nm process technology. The CPU consists of 2x 2.5GHz Cortex-A78 cores and 6x 2.0GHz Cortex-A55 cores. In terms of memory, the moto G55 China Edition offers three options: 4GB, 8GB, and 12GB. Storage options include 128GB and 256GB.

Other specifications include a 5000mAh battery with support for 33W wired fast charging. Additionally, the device boasts an IP52 rating for splash resistance and dual SIM support.

It's worth noting that Lenovo Motorola's other new model, the moto S50, has been officially announced to launch on September 5th. This phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor and supports 68W fast charging. It remains unclear whether the moto G55 China Edition will be released alongside the moto S50.
