IT Home, September 7, 2024: According to sources from Roland Quandt, who had conversations with Transsion TECNO staff at the IFA 2024 in Berlin, the brand will unveil the Phantom Ultimate 2 tri-fold phone at MWC 2025.
IT Home reported on August 28th that Transsion TECNO had showcased the Phantom Ultimate 2 foldable phone, equipped with two hinges and three panels, boasting an 11mm thickness when folded. This phone's design has attracted widespread attention, with its unique folding method and multi-panel design demonstrating Transsion TECNO's innovative capabilities in the foldable phone sector.
Although TECNO didn't showcase this concept phone at IFA 2024 in Berlin, staff members explicitly confirmed that the Phantom Ultimate 2 tri-fold phone will be officially unveiled at MWC 2025, scheduled for March 3-6 next year.
Previous reports revealed that the Phantom Ultimate 2 folds into a 6.48-inch screen, featuring one inward hinge and one outward hinge, forming a Z-shape.
