Blogger @iUniverse today revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will weigh 219g, 13g lighter than the previous generation S24 Ultra which weighed 232g. Notably, the blogger stated in the comments that the S25 Ultra's battery capacity will remain the same as its predecessor, at 5000mAh.

According to the blogger, the design inspiration for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra seems to be drawn from the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max. The blogger believes that if you were to square off the rounded corners of the iPhone 16 Pro Max and replace the Dynamic Island with a punch-hole display, you would have the S25 Ultra.

Previous leaks indicated that the Samsung S25 Ultra will have a reduced body width of 77.6mm, achieved by shrinking the bezels, with a screen size of 6.86 inches. Both these parameters are consistent with the recently launched iPhone 16 Pro Max.
