Xiaomi stated that users can enjoy free inspection, free cleaning, free drinking water, free WiFi, and free charging services at designated stores in the disaster areas. Among them, free inspection services cover all Xiaomi and Redmi brand smartphones, and free repairs are offered for devices damaged due to water ingress.
For Xiaomi and Mi Home brand products such as TVs, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and door locks, Xiaomi also provides free inspection services and free repairs for repairable products.
It is important to note that this service is only available in Zhanjiang City, Leizhou City, Xuwen County, Haikou City, Wenchang City, Chengmai County, Lingao County, Ding'an County, Danzhou City, and Wanning City.
