IT Home, September 16th - The Xiaomi Redmi K80 series, including the K80 and K80 Pro models, has received network access permits from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) in China. The model numbers are 24122RKC7C and 24117RK2CC respectively. According to IT Home's July 1st report, the phones have also been spotted in the IMEI database. The standard Redmi K80 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor, while the K80 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen4 processor.

It is rumored that the Redmi K80 series will be equipped with a 2K pure straight screen, adopting a 50MP 3.x upright telephoto solution. Preliminary prototypes do not include a telephoto macro lens. Additionally, the new series is expected to boast the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen4 processor, a 5500mAh battery, and 120W fast charging.
