Real-life photos of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G have recently surfaced on the social media platform X. The phone boasts a new Fusion design, featuring a combination of frosted matte, glossy, and striped elements, with the stripes extending from below the camera module to about two-thirds of the phone's height.
The leaked photos reveal that the Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G will sport a vertical triple camera setup on the rear, accompanied by a flash on the right. The left side houses the SIM card tray, while the right side accommodates the power button and volume rockers. The phone will be available in blue and black color options.
Reports suggest that the Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G will start with 8GB of RAM and be powered by an octa-core processor with core frequencies of 2.4GHz, 2.36GHz, and 1.8GHz, mirroring the Snapdragon 7Gen1 configuration found in the Galaxy F55 and M55. On the front, it will feature a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED Plus display with a 1080x2400 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and support for 16 million color display.
In terms of camera capabilities, the Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G will be equipped with a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The front camera boasts a 50MP sensor with an f/2.4 aperture but lacks OIS. Both the front and rear cameras support 4K video recording at 30fps and 720p slow-motion video recording at 240fps.
The phone measures 163.9x76.5x7.8 millimeters and weighs 180 grams. It packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging.
