On September 23, 2024, the (First) China Digital Human Conference - Research Forum on Digital Identity System for AI, hosted by the China Internet Society and co-hosted by Beijing Tailor Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully held at the Zhongguancun National Demonstration Zone for Independent Innovation. Ao Li, Chief Engineer of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, stated that China Academy of Information and Communications Technology will leverage the industrial internet identification resolution system and the "Xinghuo Lianwang" blockchain data network, integrate and link universities, research institutions, and upstream and downstream enterprises of the industrial chain to promote the establishment of an AI identification management system, providing AI identification registration resolution, AI digital identity management, AI intellectual property protection and other services, providing strong technical support for national generative AI supervision.

Xie Jiagui, Chief Engineer of Industrial Internet and IoT Institute of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Chen Xi, Deputy Director of Identity Management Technology Division of the First Institute of the Ministry of Public Security, Liu Rui, Director of the Knowledge Certification Platform Operation Center of Intellectual Property Press, and Zhou Shuyan, Director of Innovation Development and Talent Department of China Internet Society, jointly launched the "AI Identification Management System Co-construction Plan."

Yang Yue, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Linping Branch of Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau, shared the applications of the intelligent digital police "Jing Xiaoai" in government services, security publicity, and conflict resolution, demonstrating the application potential of digital human technology in grassroots public security government services and social governance.

Wang Yueming, Deputy Secretary General of the Metaverse Professional Committee of the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce, discussed the innovative applications, development opportunities, and future prospects of the digital human industry empowered by AIGC, analyzing the continuous enrichment of customized application scenarios such as digital human + e-commerce, digital human + education, and digital human + cultural tourism, as well as the future development trends of the digital human industry.

Zeng Xiping, Executive Deputy General Manager of Tailor Intelligence, delivered a keynote speech titled IDforAI: Autonomous and Controllable Digital Identity for AI, introducing Tailor Intelligences core technology based on industrial internet identification and Xinghuo Lianwang blockchain services, building an infrastructure for AI identification management to ensure the authenticity, reliability, and intellectual property protection of AI-generated content.

Chu Rufeng, President of CAS Institute of Computing Technology ZiDong TaiChu (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., expounded on the contribution of multi-modal large models based on full-stack localized general AI base to the intelligent upgrade of digital human business, and introduced the multi-modal control capabilities and platform expansion functions of CAS Institute of Computing Technology ZiDong TaiChu virtual digital humans.
