From preliminary research on watch epoxy glue to point-to-point glue application, 3D printing, and even UV glue pre-research, the OPPO team has tried almost every possible solution. Each solution has undergone repeated preliminary research, feasibility assessments, and pilot production trials, with each stage demanding substantial investment in R&D.

Even after experimental validation of the technology's feasibility, the true challenge lay in mass production. During mass production, the OPPO team encountered numerous complex technical difficulties. For instance, issues like whole-machine drop test, glue delamination, edge stress, ink peeling, air bubbles, and incomplete curing all needed to be overcome. To improve production line yield rates from an initial 0% to 99.9%, the OPPO team invested heavily in IT digitization and increased the production line process duration by ten times.

Furthermore, due to the heavy weight of the processing equipment, the workshop's foundation was insufficiently strong. OPPO even built a new building specifically to address the foundation's weight and vibration issues. Through this series of substantial investments, OPPO has finally achieved the ultra-narrow physical four-sided effect on Find X8, bringing users an ultimate visual experience.

Beyond the visual aspect, Find X8's performance is equally impressive. As one of the first phones to feature the Dimensity 9400 platform, Find X8 has achieved a score exceeding 2.88 million in Antutu benchmarks, pushing the performance limits of Android phones.
