Liu Bo, President of OPPO China, stated in an interview with media that the offline market currently faces sales pressure, and brands need to focus more on core customers and key stores. He highlighted that OPPO is actively adjusting its channel strategy, shifting its attention to areas where young people congregate, such as urban shopping malls and parks.

"The changes in retail channels follow user time," said Liu Bo. "Where users spend more time, we need to adapt accordingly."

Li Jie, Vice President of OPPO China, commented on OPPO's flagship store strategy, noting its initial success. The flagship store in Guangzhou's Zhengjia Plaza has been operating for over a year and has achieved an average monthly sales turnover exceeding RMB 4.5 million, making it the highest-selling single store among all mobile phone brands in Guangzhou.

It has been reported that OPPO is planning to establish flagship stores in cities like Wuhan in the future. In terms of location strategy, OPPO will prioritize highly active commercial areas in top-tier cities, first-tier cities, and provincial capitals to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

The opening of the OPPO Guiyang Wanda Plaza Flagship Store not only marks a significant step in its offline channel strategy but also reflects OPPO's importance placed on the younger consumer group.
