The benchmark scores of the vivo X200 series have attracted widespread attention. Han Bohao, Senior Vice President of Product Strategy at vivo, recently posted that the leaked benchmark scores are not representative of the final version, hinting that the actual performance of the flagship series will be even better. Earlier, Han Bohao shared the AnTuTu benchmark score of the X200 Pro Weitian version exceeding 3 million, making it the first Android flagship to achieve this feat. Combined with Han Bohao's latest statement, 3 million points is not the performance limit of the X200 series; the actual production models will deliver even more aggressive performance.

The vivo X200 series will be the first to sport MediaTek's most powerful mobile chipset, the Dimensity 9400. This chip utilizes the Arm Cortex-X925 super core, which delivers a 36% performance improvement and a 41% AI performance boost compared to the previous generation X4. On the GPU front, the Dimensity 9400 features the latest Mali-G925-Immortalis MC12GPU, which Arm claims is their most powerful and efficient GPU to date.

The vivo X200 series will launch with three models: the standard X200, the X200 Pro, and the X200 Promini. The Pro version features a 1.5K deep-curved screen, while the Promini boasts a 1.5K straight screen. Both models sport a metal straight-edged middle frame and feature a centered large circular camera module on the back, adorned with a new color scheme, resulting in high recognition.
