TCL Huaxing's official WeChat account recently announced the upcoming launch of its new C9 screen. According to the announcement, the C9 screen has achieved breakthroughs in its luminous material, resulting in superior color reproduction and higher brightness, promising a stunning visual feast for users.

Huaxing also highlighted its leading position in the panel market. Data shows that in the first half of 2024, Huaxing's LTPS mobile phone panel shipments ranked second globally, with 39 million flexible OLED mobile phone panels shipped, representing a 180% year-on-year increase and a market share rise to third place globally. Its foldable screen shipments ranked fourth globally.

While Huaxing hasn't revealed the launch customer for the C9 screen, considering that the Xiaomi 13 series debuted with Huaxing C7 and the 14 series with C8, it's widely speculated that the Xiaomi 15 series will be the first to feature the C9 screen.

Based on current information, the Xiaomi 15 standard edition will utilize a 1.5K straight screen, while the Pro version will adopt a 2K full-depth micro-curved screen. Both will feature a centered punch-hole design and incorporate 8TLTPO technology, supporting 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate adjustments.

Additionally, the Xiaomi 15 series has received network access permits. The standard edition has the model number 24129PN74C and supports up to 90W fast charging, while the Pro model, 2410DPN6CC, also boasts 90W fast charging.

In terms of core specifications, the Xiaomi 15 series will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, offering a battery capacity exceeding 6000mAh and incorporating ultrasonic screen fingerprint recognition. It's rumored that the series will be unveiled in October, with a specific release date yet to be announced.
