Honor X60 Series to Launch on October 16th: Satellite Communication, Color Options and Some Specs Revealed
The Honor X60 series of smartphones will officially launch on October 16th at 7:30 PM. Earlier, Jiang Hairong, CMO of Honor Terminal Co., Ltd. in China, revealed that the series will feature satellite communication technology. Based on official pre-launch posters, the Honor X60 series will come in various colors. The standard version will be available in Classic Black, Moonlight White, and Sea Lake Blue, while the Honor X60 Pro will be offered in Sky Blue, Xuanwu Grey, Burning Orange, and Classic Black.
Leaked images show that the Honor X60 standard version has a 108MP main camera with a 1/1.67" sensor. The Honor X60 Pro, on the other hand, features a large circular camera module and also sports a 108MP main camera with a 1/1.67" sensor.
It's worth noting that currently, only the 12GB+512GB version of the Honor X60 Pro supports Beidou satellite text messaging, requiring activation of China Mobile's Beidou satellite text messaging service. This implies that satellite communication on the Honor X60 series is not a standard feature and is only available on specific versions and with particular carrier networks.
The launch of the Honor X60 series is imminent, and the inclusion of satellite communication is undoubtedly its biggest highlight. As satellite communication technology continues to evolve, future smartphones will be capable of even more powerful communication functionalities, offering users more convenient communication methods.
Beyond satellite communication, what other surprises will the Honor X60 series bring? We eagerly await the revelation.
