Honor X60 Series: Upgraded Battery Life, Powered by Qinghai Lake Battery, Challenging New Peaks in Battery Life
Honor's official Weibo account announced the battery features of its upcoming X60 series this morning, generating widespread attention. For the first time, the series features the "Qinghai Lake Battery" in the Honor X series, boasting a massive 6600mAh capacity, enabling 2-day charging and providing users with a long-lasting battery experience.
Honor first introduced the "Qinghai Lake Battery" technology in March last year, with the Honor Magic5 series being the first to feature it. The technology uses an industry-first silicon-carbon negative electrode battery technology, achieving a remarkable 5450mAh battery capacity, delivering a significant improvement in battery life for users. In January this year, the Honor Magic6 series was released, with the entire lineup equipped with the second-generation Qinghai Lake Battery. It incorporates the self-developed energy efficiency enhancement chip E1, supporting "chip-level" real-time voltage monitoring, increasing the accuracy of energy management by 3 times. Moreover, the device also features the Dujiangyan power management system for the first time, boosting the equivalent capacity at room temperature by up to 130mAh and extending low-temperature, low-power battery life by up to 33%. Honor has customized charging and discharging strategies and low-temperature algorithms for the Qinghai Lake battery, further optimizing its performance.
The Qinghai Lake Battery featured in the Honor X60 series inherits the advantages of its predecessors and has undergone further upgrades. The official slogan claims that the Honor X60 series possesses "unchanged thickness" and a "stronger Qinghai Lake Battery," ushering in a new era of battery life.
Beyond the battery, the Honor X60 series shines in other aspects as well. Officially announced for launch on October 16th at 7:30 PM, the series includes the Honor X60 Pro, which, in its 12GB+512GB version, will also support Beidou satellite messaging.
The Honor X60 series phones are already listed on the Honor Mall website, and their front appearances have been unveiled. Both models adopt a centered punch-hole design, with the standard version having a single punch-hole and the Pro version sporting a "pill-shaped" punch-hole. Renderings reveal that the X60 standard version features a straight screen, while the Pro variant boasts a curved screen. Additionally, the "chin" bezel width of both models has been effectively controlled.
Images also showcase that the Honor X60 standard version boasts a 108MP main camera with a sensor size of 1/1.67", while the Pro model employs a large circular lens design, also featuring a 108MP main camera with a 1/1.67" sensor size. The Honor X60 phone is available in three color options: Classic Black, Moonlight White, and Lake Blue, while the Honor X60 Pro phone comes in four color variations: Sky Blue, Xuanwu Grey, Burning Orange, and Classic Black.
The release of the Honor X60 series phones is highly anticipated, with the Qinghai Lake battery technology promising a superior battery life experience for users. Additionally, the series' other features are equally noteworthy. It is expected that the Honor X60 series will continue to spearhead the development of the mobile phone industry, delivering more surprises to users.
