According to domestic media reports, the Xiaomi 15 series is set to officially debut on October 28th, featuring the world's first Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor. The Xiaomi 15 series will include four models: Xiaomi 15, Xiaomi 15 Pro, Xiaomi 15 Pro Titanium Alloy Satellite Communication Edition, and Xiaomi 15 Ultra, each targeting different market segments.
It's noteworthy that Xiaomi 15 Ultra will adopt an independent release strategy, expected to launch in early 2025. The other three models are expected to launch together on October 28th and become the first globally to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.
Reports suggest that the Xiaomi 15 Pro will retain a design similar to the Xiaomi 14 Pro, featuring a streamlined glass sandwich structure and a flat metal frame, but with slight adjustments in size to accommodate a larger battery (6000mAh, supporting 90W wired charging, 80W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging) and display (6.78 inches four-curved, 120Hz refresh rate).
The new phone's rear camera system boasts three lenses: a 50MP LightFusion 900 main camera (f/1.4 aperture), a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a new 50MP Sony IMX8585X telephoto lens (focal length 30cm).
Regarding the pricing of the Xiaomi 15 series, Lei Jun has previously confirmed that it will not start at 3999 yuan (approximately $550 USD).
