In July, Samsung unveiled its new generation of Galaxy Z foldable phones, and rumors about subsequent foldable products have been appearing. Recently, blogger @iIceUniverse revealed that the Samsung W25 has significantly improved crease reduction, thanks to the first-time use of UF Glass. UFG is an advanced ultra-thin glass developed by Korea's UTi company, reaching a thickness of 100m. It has fewer wrinkles and a curvature of about 1.5R. It is reportedly a strong contender for use in Apple's future foldable products.

Based on the leaked information, the Samsung W25's crease will be significantly improved, bringing a whole new level of user experience. Last month's leaks indicated that the phone's components have entered small-scale production and undergone reliability testing, suggesting a possible launch in the current month.

Reports suggest that the Samsung W25 will be thinner and lighter than the Galaxy Z Fold6, and it will not support the S Pen. The body is expected to be made of titanium metal. The leaked information shows that the phone will have a thickness of 4.9mm when unfolded and 10.6mm when folded, equipped with a 6.5-inch outer screen and an 8.0-inch inner screen. Given the thinner design, its actual performance and imaging capabilities are also highly anticipated.

According to previous leaks, the Samsung W25 will feature a 200-megapixel main camera at the rear, supporting 2x optical zoom. It's speculated to be the same main camera as the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Industry insiders revealed that Samsung has conducted 200,000 folding cycle tests, waterproof and dustproof tests on the W25 phone. In terms of other configuration specifications, the Samsung W25 is expected to be similar to the Galaxy Z Fold6, without shrinking, but without significant upgrades either.

Previously, Samsung has already started OneUI system testing for the new W25 foldable phone. It is rumored that the Samsung W25 foldable phone is expected to debut alongside the Galaxy Tab S10 series tablets. Also, a lot of information has surfaced regarding the new Galaxy Tab S10 series.

Overall, the Samsung Galaxy W25 could be thinner than the Z Fold6, lighter than the S24 Ultra, and still retain a price tag of over ten thousand yuan. However, the actual configuration and price should be based on the official announcement.

Besides the upcoming W25, Samsung's subsequent Galaxy S25 series flagship iterations are also drawing attention. Leaks suggest that the new Samsung Galaxy S25 standard and Plus versions will adopt a thinner design and adjust some design details. Meanwhile, the new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has removed the giant, wide metal frame.

In terms of specifications, industry insiders revealed that the new series will start with 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The battery capacity might remain unchanged, with the standard version expected to maintain around 4000mAh, and the Ultra version equipped with a 4855~5000mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging.

Concerning core specifications, news suggests that Samsung Galaxy S25 will abandon the Exynos 2500 chip, but Samsung might not equip all models with Qualcomm chips, opting for a differentiated chip combination. According to related information, the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ originally planned to be equipped with the in-house Exynos 2500 chip, will be replaced with MediaTek Dimensity 9400, while the Ultra model will be equipped with Qualcomm's flagship chip solution.
