Blogger @DigitalChatStation has revealed that an upcoming smartphone will feature a 200MP, 100mm f/2.6, 4.3x telephoto lens. Based on previous leaks and comments in the blogger's post, this new device is expected to be the Xiaomi 15 Ultra.
According to IT Home, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra International Edition (25010PN30G) received EEC certification in the EU on September 27th, suggesting a launch in January 2025. It's expected to come pre-installed with the new "Pengpai OS2" system.
Rumors suggest that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will retain the quad-camera Leica setup of its predecessor, including a 1-inch 50MP main sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, a 50MP floating telephoto macro lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens.
