Tech media outlet MySmartPrice published a blog post yesterday (October 15th) reporting the discovery of the 5G variant of the Xiaomi Redmi 14C on the GeekBench benchmarking database. The phone is believed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chip. The 5G version of the Xiaomi Redmi 14C that appeared on GeekBench carries the model number 2411DRN47I, with the suffix "I" indicating that it is likely an Indian variant. In GeekBench version 6.3.0, the phone scored 917 points in the single-core test and 2182 points in the multi-core test.

Compared to the 4G version of the Redmi 14C, which is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra chip, the 5G variant shows a significant performance uplift. Specifically, the 5G Redmi 14C's single-core score is 122.57% higher than the 4G version, while the multi-core score is 56.75% higher.

Aside from the benchmark scores, the source also revealed that the 5G Xiaomi Redmi 14C had previously appeared in the HyperOS source code and the GSMA IMEI database, suggesting that it will be based on the existing Redmi 12R design with some adjustments. The media outlet expects the 5G Xiaomi Redmi 14C to feature a 6.88-inch 120Hz IPS LCD screen with HD+ resolution and a peak brightness of 600 nits. It is also expected to come equipped with a 5160mAh battery supporting 18W fast charging and a dual rear-facing camera setup with a 13MP primary sensor.
