According to Weibo blogger @DigitalChatStation, a new OnePlus mid-range phone is being tested with an IMX906 main camera and a JN1 telephoto lens. The imaging algorithm is reportedly borrowed from the OPPO Find X8, and the device will feature a 1.5K BOE X2 pure straight screen. The blogger also mentioned a "remarkable" battery density with a 6-digit value, likely referring to its silicon battery technology. Furthermore, the blogger added that "this generation of SM8750 (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2) is significantly faster, and there are new things coming next year." Given OnePlus' product positioning, the leaked device is expected to be part of the Ace series.

Back in August, the same blogger revealed that OnePlus would skip the Ace 4 series and launch the Ace 5 series directly at the end of the year.
