According to his information, the vivo S20 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and features a 6.67-inch, 28001260 resolution 1.5K OLED screen. It boasts a 50-megapixel front camera and a dual rear camera setup. The main camera uses a 50-megapixel large-sensor and the secondary camera is an 8-megapixel ultra-wide.

The built-in battery capacity is between 6365-6500mAh, considered a very large silicon battery. However, it comes with a short-focus optical fingerprint sensor. It's astonishing that the phone's thickness is only 7.19mm and weighs only 185.5g, aimed at both thinness and long battery life.
