Reports say that one of the mansions spans 14,400 square feet, resembling a Tuscan villa. The second, a six-bedroom mansion, was purchased with Musk's assistance; the two properties are estimated to be worth $35 million. For Musk, whose net worth is estimated at $272 billion, this expenditure seems negligible. The third mansion is likely to be Musk's personal residence.

Sources reveal that Musk has been working to create a "mega-family" concept, recently telling those close to him that he wants his many children and two of their mothers to live together, forming a single family compound.
